Shipping + Delivery FAQ

-All pre-made earring orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-7 business days. Although I am not Amazon, I try my best to ship items as quickly as possible. My current and previous customers can attest to rapid shipping.

-If you order a made-to-order item, please allow 1-3 weeks for it to be made and shipped.  Made to order items will take longer to be processed during high volume times such as product launches and holidays.  

-Orders that have a combination of pre-made earrings and made-to-order earrings will be shipped once the made-to-order items has been made and assembled.

-How do I know if an item is made-to-order?  If an item does not say it is made-to-order, then it is already assembled and ready to ship.  The listing of made-to-order items will state that this information in the description of the listing.

-Shipping is $5 USD at the customer’s expense and all orders are shipped via USPS.  Customers earn free shipping for all orders made within the USA with a qualifying purchase of $49.  Use the code FreeShip49 at checkout to take advantage of this offer.

-A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment.  I am not responsible for shipping delays due to Covid-19.

-If the package is returned to sender or needs to be reshipped, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees. Please make sure your address is correct prior to finalizing your order.

-I am not responsible for damages occurring to the exterior of a package during shipping.  I take great care to make sure all products are packaged safely and being sent to the address that was provided.  If items arrive damaged due to shipping, please email me at within 72 hours and include a photo of the damaged product. I will determine if I will replace the product.

-I am not responsible for lost packages.  Once I give the package to USPS, it is their responsibility to get it to you.  Please file a claim with USPS prior to contacting me about your order.


Local Delivery and Pick-Up

-The following areas get free local delivery and pickup which is applied at checkout based on your zip code: 14883, 14869, 14865, 14891.  If you live outside of the zipcode area, but want to arrange a local delivery or pick-up, please contact me and to make arrangments and I will refund your shipping fee.

-Customers will be notified if arrangements need to be made for local delivery or pick up.  Delivery times are typically between 3:30-4:30 PM Monday-Friday; however we can work together to schedule a time that work for you.
