Return/Cancelation Policy
Please know that all of my polymer clay and resin earrings are handmade. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight imperfections are normal and expected and are often apart of what makes the product unique. Please read the product description carefully before placing your order. Although polymer clay is bendable after baking, please do not bend your earrings; they should be handled with care. Earrings made from a cane or slab are all one of a kind and the pattern can vary from one pair to the next. This means that each pair will be unique but will follow the same color scheme.
-Upon arrival, please inspect your order and contact us immediately (within 72 hours of arrival) if the item is defective or damaged. If your earrings break within one week of purchase, we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. If a repair, replacement, or refund needs to take place, actions will be taken to make up for this within two weeks of receiving the original item back. If a customer needs to ship an item back, shipping is at the expense of the customer.
-All purchases at markets and vendor events are subject to the same timeline if a pair becomes damaged. If your earrings are damaged or break within one week of purchase, we will replace or refund them (after getting the damaged pair back) within 7 business days.
-If the customer declines the bag offered at a market, the customer takes the earrings at their own risk. I am not responsible for damages acquired (during travel, from floating around with other items purchased at the market, from being in your purse or pocket, etc.) because the customer did not utilize the bag offered at the time of purchase.
-I am not responsible if you lose one of your earrings. If you want a replacement, you will have to purchase a new pair. If you don’t see the style on my website anymore, please reach out.
-All custom orders are final. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order as long as the order has not been started.
-We are unable to cancel orders during launches and restocks de to the increased demand of items.
